Why Hong Kong?
With the most skyscrapers of any world city, Hong Kong stands as one of the most densely populated financial and commercial powerhouses in the region.
The city is home to the largest concentration of ultra high-net-worth individuals in the world, as well as vast income inequality throughout the local population. As a part of China, Hong Kong has an important role to play in bridging the East and the West.
In 2022, Resource Global launched a pilot virtual cohort program in the city at the height of the pandemic. Since 2023, in-person cohort programs have been launched annually, where we engage young professionals to increase their understanding of the God's work in the city. Cohort members gather monthly for teaching and fellowship, are paired with mentors to guide their journey, and complete a Gospel Action Plan (GAP) to put into action what God has put in their hearts for the city.

Meet our Hong Kong City Director
Clara serves as the City Director for Hong Kong, responsible for the planning and launch of Resource Global’s initiatives in the city.
Being actively involved in outreach and equipping ministries at her local church, including Alpha, Kairos, 2:7 Series and others, Clara has grown a heart for discipleship and missions and is passionate about seeing Christians realize their God-given calling to be a blessing to all nations. Clara holds an International Business and Finance degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Prior to ministry, she worked at various global banks and consulting firms in various client-facing, strategic planning, and project management roles.
After living in five different countries, Clara is currently based in her home city Hong Kong. In her free time, she can be found happily competing on the badminton courts or jogging along the harbourside.
