What We Do

Teach. Mentor. Connect.

Resource global identifies and empowers high-potential, Christ-filled young professionals who are the future investors, business and civic leaders, elders and entrepreneurs in their communities. We provide them with Gospel-centered teaching and mentorship at a critical time in their life and career development and connect them into a global community of like-minded peers, cohort alumni, business and ministry leaders - all committed to advancing the Gospel in cities around the world.

This year, we welcomed 97 new leaders in 9 cities into our 2023 Cohort Program. Our global alumni are 300+ and growing, now connected to each other in their cities and worldwide, motivated to make a Kingdom impact where they work and live.

Our Model

    We resource next-generation local leaders through global city cohorts.

    Our eight-month cohort training provides world-class teaching, mentorship, community, and networking designed for marketplace Christians.
