Jessica was raised and born in Medan, and she later pursued her studies in Singapore. Following almost five years of employment in a fund administration company, she made the decision to return to her hometown and support her family's plastic manufacturing business. She is in charge of the company's operations as general manager.

She discovered strength in entering Resource Global Cohort Program back in 2022 as she navigated her leadership job. She is driven to create a thriving community in her city because she thinks that as Christians, we are not intended to walk alone. Thus, becoming a part of the team has really been a dream come true.
