Kayla has work experience in tech advisory with Deloitte in the Bay Area, before moving home to Singapore to join the Gojek Strategy & Planning team. Throughout her career, business analytics, project and budget management have been central to her roles, from managing tech audit cycles to launching and growing new services and products. She most enjoys cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth goals.

Outside of her professional work, Kayla is currently most passionate about being a present wife and mother. She enjoys testing new recipes, trying new coffee shops, and exercising with her friends and family whenever possible. In her past single life, she has led community groups that create safe spaces to explore Christianity, and she most enjoys journeying with and getting to know people's stories individually and personally.
