Young Professionals Restoring Their City

Redeeming work in the City of Angels.

Why
Los Angeles?

All eyes are now on Los Angeles as it has stepped into the global spotlight as the 2028 host of the Olympic and Paralympic games.

From now until the LA28 Games and beyond, the possibilities to see God on display in sports, entertainment, and business have never been greater. With a city as diverse as Los Angeles, including individuals from over 140 countries who call LA home to the 30,000 international students attending a LA County university, the Great Commission to “Go” is possible right within Los Angeles. Beyond being known as a cultural melting pot, the city is home to a variety of industries producing some of the top-performing talent, initiatives, and resources in the world.

Meet Our LA City Director

Charity McCloud serves as the City Director for Resource Global Los Angeles, launching in 2025, where she’s responsible for the planning, launching, and execution of Resource Global’s initiatives in the vibrant city. Charity firmly believes that God has called her to be a bridge builder. Through her work, she cultivates strategic connections and fosters spaces that create opportunities at the intersection of business, community, and faith.

A proud Los Angeles native, Charity laid the foundation for her academic journey at Arizona State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in 2012. In 2020, she further enriched her knowledge and commitment by completing a ministerial studies degree. With a decade of impactful service in ministry including as a volunteer leader of the young adults ministry at Crenshaw Christian Center for seven years, demonstrating her passion for nurturing the spiritual development of the next generation, she also contributed her skills and dedication on staff at Reality Church of Los Angeles (Reality LA) for nearly five years, serving as the Missions Director.

In the non-profit sector, Charity has six years of experience, channeling her passion for making a difference into tangible, positive outcomes. Her unwavering commitment to community development led her to co-found ABC Connect Logistics in 2020 “for-profit” logistics company. This logistics company, with contracts from major entities like Amazon and Costco, is committed to the betterment of Los Angeles communities through efficient and purpose-driven deliveries.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Charity finds fulfillment in her roles as a wife and mother. She is happily married to her best friend, business and ministry partner, who also shares in the joy of parenting their toddler.
